Meet the Team

Zach Seitz

I was born in York, PA and grew in a rural southern York county town. As a kid I had a keen interest in nature and the outdoors. At the age of 18 I started my first job in the pest control industry and fell in love with all things pest control. In my free time you can usually find me hanging in a tree stand pursuing whitetails or wading through creeks trying to hook a trout. I also love spending time with my girlfriend, Alayne, and our cats Kit Kat and Gary.

Craig Paulsen

I grew up & graduated from Woodlawn Sr. High in Woodlawn, MD. Shortly after graduation, I joined the U.S. Air Force as a Security Police Specialist. After my service, I worked in the security dept. @ North West Hospital in Balt. Co. for 17 years. I also worked for the Maryland Dept. of Public Safety & Corrections as an investigator, as well as a licensed Private Investigator for a time. After 21 years in the field of Criminal Justice, I found my 2nd career in Pest Control. I retired from Pest Control in 2022 and my wife Cheri & I have been living happily ever after! Then my friend & former co-worker Zach Seitz called and offered me to join his company and help him grow his successful new pest control company, Zach Seitz P.C. I’m honored to help Zach’s business grow and be a big part of that!!!
